Christabel Akorfa Aku Dugah currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at New Crystal Health Services, a role she assumed in October 2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, which she completed in 2017. Since then, Christabel has actively engaged in HR practice, initially as a Team Leader at Vodafone Ghana Experience Centre (now Telecel Ghana) and subsequently as a Human Resource Manager at the Ghana Psychology Council under the Ministry of Health.

In 2022, she pursued professional HR certification with the HR Certification Centre, completing her training from June to November of that year. She is now a certified SPHRi, with extensive experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Fluent in both French and English, Christabel is an avid reader and enjoys staying informed on national debates and current affairs.
