Martin Padi Amoatey holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Cape Coast, a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certificate.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience in both the banking and healthcare industries. He served as a Credit Officer at the Head Office of Manya Krobo Rural Bank. At New Crystal Health Services, he advanced through various roles, including Operations Management Trainee and Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of Operations. In this role, he has developed extensive knowledge in operations management and the application of quality tools to address operational inefficiencies.

He played a key role in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (SafeCare & ISO standards) and Lean Management Systems at New Crystal Health Services Limited. His communication skills, developed through managerial positions, have enabled him to build successful working relationships and maintain a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
