Dr. Gameli Kwame Norgbe is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over forty (40) years of experience in practice and academia. Dr Norgbe trained at the Lvov Medical Institute – Ukraine, Kiev Research Institute, Uppsala University – Sweden, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and University of South Africa.

Dr Norgbe has practiced with both the Ministry of Health/Ghana Health Service and private healthcare facilities rising through the ranks from Medical Officer to Senior Medical Officer and then specializing in obstetrics and gynaecology becoming a consultant in the field. Prior to joining New Crystal Health Services as obstetrics and gynaecology consultant, Dr Norgbe has worked at the Volta Regional Hospital as a consultant from UHAS – Ho, Koforidua Regional Hospital, Caiquo Hospital, Darbem Clinic, Bengali Hospital, and Port Medical Centre.

Aside providing high-quality care for the well-being of his patients, Dr Norgbe is passionate about imparting knowledge in healthcare practice in Ghana playing diverse roles as head of department, lecturer and examiner in Ghana and South Africa. Dr Gameli Norgbe was a member of the AU Heads of State Health Commission Committee of Experts to validate the curriculum of the Pan African University. He served on the Governing Council of the Institute for Life and Earth Sciences ,University of Ibadan for a three-year term. Dr Norgbe was a member of a Presidential Taskforce on setting up two Public Universities , developed  Nursing and Midwifery degree programmes for the University of Health and Allied Sciences. He further served as the Foundation Dean, School of Nursing and Midwifery and Acting Dean, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho. Dr Gameli Kwame Norgbe is a foundation fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (GCPS) with research interest in adolescent pregnancy and sexual behaviour, clinical aspects of reproductive health, maternal and child health and family planning and contraception.

Dr. Collins Oduro-Boatey is a consultant Paediatrician with over thirty (30) years of work experience. He currently works with New Crystal Health Services Limited as Pediatrician Specialist having worked as Medical Director – KNUST Hospital Kumasi, Paediatrician – Korle -Bu Teaching Hospital, Paediatrician – Regional Hospital Koforidua and Lecturer at the University of Ghana Medical School – Accra.

Dr Oduro-Boatey is passionate about the wellbeing of children as they are gift from God and the future of every family and nation.

Dr. Collins Oduro-Boatey has a strong clinical research interest in Paediatric cardiology which involves congenital and acquired heart diseases with series of publications done to contribute to enhancing children’s heart health in Ghana and the world.

Dr Oduro-Boatey loves to read books and articles and has co-edited a textbook on Topical Issues in Maternal and Child Health in Ghana – University of Ghana Readers 2014.

Dr Oduro-Boatey has also presented scientific papers on national and international conferences on chronic cor pulmonale, heart disease and heart failure in children.

Currently Dr Oduro-Boatey is researching into aetiologic of pharyngitis in children with a view of reducing Rheumatic Fever through the use of appropriate antibiotics.
