Meet Our Director of Monitoring, Evaluation & Control, Josephine Mac-Lomotey. With an impressive background in finance and a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, Josephine brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team.

Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Master's degree in Finance from Central University.

Since joining the hospital in June 2023, Josephine has played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency through evidence-based strategies. She leads a dedicated team in tracking performance indicators, analyzing trends, and preparing detailed financial reports to inform strategic decisions. Her work also supports investor reporting, budget insights, and the continuous improvement of internal systems.
