DR.WISDOM AMEGBLETOR


Dr Wisdom Amegbletor is considers himself a farmer, a doctor and an entrepreneur. He is ambitious and passionate about his work. He thrives best in challenging situations and is continuously seeking out more leadership roles and challenges. He is a product of the University of Ghana Medical School and the University of Ghana Business School where he studied Medicine and Entrepreneurial Management.

He founded New Crystal Health Services in 2003 and has nurtured it to a network of hospitals, diagnostic centres and a pharmaceutical retail shops in the Greater Accra and Western regions. His vision is to leave the company’s footprints on the healthcare value chain through strategic partnerships that lends itself to growth through synergies that are mutually beneficial.

The company has also been named 4 times as the leader in the healthcare Industry by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) in their Prestigious Ghana Club 100 ranking of top companies in Ghana. Dr Wisdom Amegbletor was also awarded the entrepreneur of the year in the health sector in 2012 and 2016.

He believes the future of every nation or organization depends on the quality of their human resource and that has been his guiding philosophy. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of New Crystal Health Services, OBM Pharmaceuticals, SoftEdge, Integrated Diagnostic Solutions and Farmers Camp.

PROFESSOR AGYEMAN BADU AKOSA


Professor Akosa is a Doctor, Pathologist, Academic, Researcher, Social Commentator and a Functional Engineer. Professor Akosa was Head of Department of Pathology in the University of Ghana Medical School, President of the Ghana Medical Association and the Commonwealth Medical Association, and President of the Prempeh College Old Students Association. Professor Akosa, who was the former Director General of Ghana Health Service and a renowned physician, was one of the youngest African Consultants and Clinical Director of Pathology in the United Kingdom before he decided to return to Ghana. During his watch, primary health post was established in every district in Ghana. He is Chairman of a number of boards in the private and public sectors in Ghana and abroad. He is a recipient of the second highest award in Ghana, Companion of the Order of the Volta for Public and Medical Services (CV), Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Science and the Ghana Medical Association. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists, West African College of Physicians, Ghana College of Physicians and holds an Executive Masters in Governance and Leadership. He is an adjunct Professor of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and teaches on the Leadership and Governance programme. He is the Chair of the French English Exchange Programme (FEEP) Board. Professor Akosa is the Commissioner of the National Development Planning and President of the Kwame Nkrumah foundation.

SYDNEY CASELY HAYFORD


Born on 16th October, 1954, Mr. Sydney Casely Hayford, is a seasoned accountant, a financial analyst and a social commentator.

He has a broad–based accounting and finance experience in areas of financial, operational & compliance auditing, external & internal auditing, corporate accounting, financial analysis & forecasting, budgeting and due diligence.

He has excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and tested leadership and team skills.  He has proven creative problem solving and analytical skills and detailed and “big picture” analysis.

Mr. Sydney Casely Hayford has computer proficiency in main frame, client server and PC environments. He is a motivated self-starter, with innovative and entrepreneurial skills.

He has a wide range of experience in accounting and finance spanning in Europe, the United States and other countries in Africa and has worked with numerous international organizations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon and is a Certified Accountant with FCCA England and Wales

MR BAAFOUR OTU-BOATENG


Baafour Otu-Boateng is Investment Director at Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P).

I&P is an impact investment group dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa. Over its 20-year history, I&P has invested in over 150 businesses across a variety of different sectors on the continent.

Prior to I&P, Baafour worked at TechnoServe in Accra and at UBS Investment Bank in New York. He is a board director for a number of companies in the fields of healthcare, technology, energy, agribusiness and leasing services. He serves as a Director on the board of World Vision International, and he is currently Chairman of the World Vision Ghana board.

Baafour holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Williams College and he holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.

FELICIA PAYIN MARFO


Felicia Payin Marfo is a certified Project and Change Management Consultant with over 12 years working experience and a reputation for consistently delivering excellence.  She setup the first company to employ only female truck drivers in Ghana. She has effectively led and worked with cross functional multi – cultural teams across Africa and Europe to successfully deliver on a number of business improvement projects. She has  Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – International Management from the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology, Stuttgart, and  MBA  in International Management from the Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas, USA. She has received a number of awards including the Women in Trucking Award for Member of the Month in 2019, the Shell “RECOGNIZE” award, the Commercial Fuel and Bitumen General Manager’s Award for excellence in South Africa, the Shell Africa Business to Business Marketing award for hard work and excellence. She has successfully climbed Kilimanjaro and enjoys Traveling, Mentoring of young People, Reading, Music, Inter-cultural exchanges, Drama, Acting and Cooking. Her passion is to chart new paths and actively shape the future for all, especially future generations seeking to be challenged to deliver excellence.

MR SEBASTIEN BOYE


Sebastien BOYE joined Investisseurs & Partenaires(I&P) in 2002. He has been involved in I&P’s development since its inception.  He is currently the co-CEO of the company. Sébastien oversees I&P activities in Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, and the Sahel region (Burkina Faso, Niger Mali).

Sébastien started his career in the banking Sector in Europe and the United States. He left banking in 2002 to follow his passion of nurturing and supporting the growth of small and medium scale businesses in developing countries especially Africa through impactful investments. He has been living in Ghana for 3 years and considers Ghana his second home.

He joins the New Crystal Board with a wealth of experience in Banking and Finance which he intends to leverage to guide New Crystal Health Services to create a vibrant private health industry that will partner effectively with government to deliver quality and affordable and sustainable healthcare to the country and the continent.

MRS AKOSUA AGYEMAN MARK-OKAI


AKOSUA AGYEMAN, an organizational psychologist and CEO of Crossbridge Consult which she started in 1992 as an independent consultancy on entrepreneurial behavior and organizational development. She has an MPHIL in Organizational Psychology and Association and a Masters in Organization, Systems and Development (GESTALT). She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Development – University of Management Studies, Maastricht, (Netherlands). Akosua Agyeman is also the Founder of Difference Thinking for Quantum Outcomes (Dubai/Mauritius) and the West Africa Centre for Performance Thinking and a board and faculty member of Organization & Systems Development Center (Ghana). She sits on a number of boards both locally and internally. She has extensive experience in working with reputable international organizations like the IFC and UNCTAD. She brings unparalleled insight into the development of human resource and organizational development that will be the provide New Crystal Health Services with a competitive advantage that cannot be imitated.

Born on 3rd June 1971, Dr. Wisdom Amegbletor is considers himself a farmer, a doctor and a medical entrepreneur. He is an ambitious and restless person who is continuously seeking more leadership roles and who intends to leave his handiworks in the lives of men. He was admitted to the University of Ghana Medical School in the year 1992 and completed in 1999. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School in Entrepreneurial Management. AGer completing his mandatory house job he worked with Family Health Hospital in Accra and Greenshield Clinic in Sefwi Wiawso. He established New Crystal Health Services in the year 2003 and has since grown it to six networked hospitals in the Greater Accra and Western regions of Ghana. Other companies established by him include OBM Pharmaceuticals, Integrated Diagnostics Solutions, Astral Healthcare Management solutions, Macella Money Lenders, Diamonchip Farms, New Crystal Healthcare Training Institute and SoGedge Limited. He was adjudged the best chili pepper farmer in the Greater Accra region in the year 2010 and the Entrepreneur of the year in the healthcare sector in the year 2012. His company New Crystal Health Services was listed in the prestigious Ghana Club 100 of top performing companies in Ghana at number 25 and 9 in 2012 and 2014 respectively. Dr Wisdom Amegbletor believes the future of every nation or organization depends on the quality of their human resource and that has been his guiding philosophy. He is a member of the Ghana Medical Association and the Society of Private Medical and Dental Practitioners. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of New Crystal Group of Companies.

George Kennedy Etwire

Prior to working with New Crystal George worked with KPMG Sierra Leone, Vivo Energy (Shell Ghana Ltd) as Financial Controller, Boart Longyear Drilling Services as Contract Manager for English West Africa (Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Eritrea), RMG as CFO and as Finance and Commercial Superintendent (Expatriate role) at Shangdon Mining (African Mineral SL Ltd) in Sierra Leone. He has over 18 years working experience having worked in many industries including a Mine-Rail-Port-Marine value-chain firm (expatriate role), Reinsurance, Oil and Gas, Agro Business, Construction, Banking, Mining, Maritime/Shore Handling as well as Donor funded projects like IFAD, EU, DFID, KfW, and Gov’t funded projects etc. His excellence in financial management, financial reporting, Accounting, Auditing, Cost and Budgeting and risk management experience are richly complemented with high commercial, operational/contract management acumen, close proximity to operations, people management competences and excellent board room experience making him stand out. In addition he possesses  Sarbanes Oxley, SAP, SUN, ACCPAC, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Lucanet exposure; and as the Project Lead during development and implementation of latest SAP (S4Hana for Shell/Vivo Energy Ltd), he flawlessly led and managed his OU team (Ghana) through inception until the “Go-Live” with near perfection. He is a Fellow of ACCA (UK) with MBA (UK) and a member of ICAG, having trained and worked in UK, US, Switzerland, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Eritrea. High integrity, ethics, emotional intelligence and quality leadership style, having worked in culturally sensitive and highly confidential environments, George is currently a proud member of a crucial team which is helping to push New Crystal Hospital to an enviable position within Health Sector fraternity

Mabel Mamley Onyameasem

Mabel Mamley Onyameasem holds Executive Masters in Finance (EMBA) from the University of Ghana business school Legon.

Mabel is a member of (ACCA) Association of Chartered Certified Accountant-UK (2010) and (IIA) Institute of Internal Auditors.

Mabel is currently the Head of the internal audit of New Crystal Health Services Limited.

Mabel has over eight years (8) experience in accounting profession, results driven, excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Mabel has a broad-based experience in Accounting and Internal Auditing and continuously seeking leadership roles

Mabel’s interest includes Corporate Governance, Internal Controls and Risk Management.



NCH Group Director of Operations

Martin Padi Amoatey

Martin Padi Amoatey holds a degree in BSc. Mathematics and Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), MBA Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies, Accra and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certificate.

Over the period of work, he gained experiences in the Banking and Healthcare industries. He worked at the Head Office of Manya Krobo Rural Bank as Credit Officer. At New Crystal Health Services, he rose through the ranks of Operations Management Trainee, a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and now to the position of Deputy Director of Operations where he gained extensive knowledge in Operations Management and the effective application of Quality Tools in addressing operations inefficiencies.

He played a pivotal role in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (SafeCare & ISO standards) and Lean Management System at New Crystal Health Services Limited.

Having developed communication skills whilst working in managerial positions, he nurtured successful working relationships and developed an excellent eye for details and continuous improvement.



NCHS Group Head of Marketing and Business Development

Gidel Kwasi Fiavor

Mr. Gidel Kwasi Fiavor is a self-motivated and a workaholic with proven twenty-one (21) years working experience in the healthcare industry. He is currently the head of marketing and business development of New Crystal Group of Companies.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management Option) and a Masters’ degree from at University of Ghana Business School Legon (marketing Option).

Mr. Fiavor has extensive experience in the healthcare industry having worked at Provita Specialist Hospital Ltd, Raphal Medical Centre and other reputable healthcare institutions.

He is passionate about customer care and experience believes that illness is painful enough and any person unfortunate to fall ill needs to be pampered and provided the utmost comfort.

Mr. Fiavor is currently the President of the Temple Ministers of Tema Christ Cathedral-Action Chapel International and married to Sedinam Belinda Attipoe with three children. He likes interacting with people and playing football.

Stanley Agortimevor Mensah

Stanley Agortimevor Mensah is the Head of IT at New Crystal Hospital. He speaks Ewe, Ga, Twi, Hausa, and English.

Stanley specializes in Information Technology and enjoys using his skills to contribute to the exciting technological advances that happens every day.

Stanley is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

A graduate from IPMC College of Technology in 2012 with a Professional Certificate in Software Engineering and Advanced Diploma in Database Administration.

Also, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at Datalink University.

Stanley loves playing and watching football, watching movies, and listening to music.
